① Fixing method
Accumulators with a capacity of less than 1 liter can be directly installed on the pipeline; in the case of strong vibration and a capacity of more than 1 liter, it is recommended to use the clamp or the entire set of accumulator fixing components manufactured by our company.

② Filling with nitrogen
To make the accumulator work, nitrogen must be filled into the capsule. Nitrogen is filled with a charging (nitrogen) tool. It is recommended to use the CQJ type charging tool manufactured by our company. If the pressure of nitrogen cannot meet the requirements of the (high-pressure) accumulator, it is recommended to use the nitrogen booster device-CD⑶ manufactured by our company. Welding and any mechanical processing are not allowed on the accumulator shell; only nitrogen gas is allowed in the accumulator capsule, and oxygen and other flammable and corrosive gases are not allowed; the accumulator should be installed on the overflow valve or other safety Valve in the hydraulic system.
