The inflation (nitrogen) tool is an indispensable special tool for accumulators to charge, replenish air, correct air pressure, and check inflation pressure. It has the characteristics of compact structure, safety and reliability, high pressure bearing, impact resistance and convenient use. The company's inflation (nitrogen) tools are divided into two types: CQJ and GCQJ.
① The charge (nitrogen) tool is used to charge the accumulator, check the charge pressure, or change the pre-charge pressure in the accumulator.
② If the maximum nitrogen pressure of the accumulator to be charged is lower than the maximum pressure of the nitrogen cylinder, the accumulator can be charged through the charging tool.
③ If the maximum nitrogen pressure of the accumulator being charged is higher than the maximum pressure of the nitrogen cylinder, the accumulator can be charged through the nitrogen charging vehicle.
④ Note: After the inflation is completed, the interface between the nitrogen cylinder and the accumulator should be closed, and then the air release valve in the inflation tool should be opened to exhaust the gas in the high-pressure hose, and then the inflation tool should be removed.

4.ordering instructions
① The full name of the model code must be stated when ordering, such as: working pressure is 10Mpa<PN(20Mpa:CQJ-25(1500mm)。
② If there are special requirements for inflation tools, (such as inflation tools for diaphragm accumulators, inflation tools for imported accumulators, etc.), please consult with our company.
③ The company reserves the right to change the design without prior notice.
